Spring 2021
From January to May 2021, I will be based in Canada as the Fulbright Canada Research Chair in Health Law, Policy and Ethics at the University of Ottawa.
Fall 2020
Health Law Quality & Liabilty (3035) is scheduled to meet via Zoom and Canvas on most Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:00 to 5:35 PM.
Health Law Seminar will meet regularly in a one-on-one basis throughout the semester via Zoom and Canvas. The entire class will meet for paper presentations during the Capstone Week in early November 2020.
Health Law National Moot Court Competiion will meet preiodically in August and early September 2020, during the brief writing stage. Both teams and both coaches will meet twice a week during September and October to sharpen oral advocacy.

In the Fall 2007 semester I will be teaching Health Law I on Monday and Wednesday evenings. I will be teaching Bioethics Seminar on Tuesday afternoons. More specific course information is posted to the course TWEN pages.

In the Spring 2007 semester, I will be teaching Law & Medicine on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 to 9:15 a.m. I will be teaching the Bioethics Seminar on Mondays from 10:00 to 11:50 a.m. While the course syllabi are posted here, all other course materials will be on the course TWEN sites.
